Sugar Snap Stirfry with Beef
This one is super easy. So easy that its easy to forget to make it. Just use one bag of frozen sugar snap pea Stirfry mix (I used the Great Value brand from Walmart here) and one 12 oz can of beef (or meat of your choice). Stirfry in a skillet with a teaspoon of your favorite healthy cooking oil. In the pictured variation I added 2 tablespoons of roasted garlic teriyaki sauce, but it’s good either way.
A portion of this dish (sans teriyaki) is about 2 oz of beef and 3/4 cup of veggies and contains 110 calories, 4 carbs, 2 fats, and 16 proteins. The sauce added 25 calories, 4 carbs, and 1 protein.
